MEET FAVOURCREATES,
(A talented hyper-realistic artist).
Okay, I was about going home from church after Sunday service, when this boy shouted "Excuse me, Mst. Princewill "
I was like "Yes,what can I do for you?
"I want to show you something "he replied, fishing out his phone from his pocket. "please take a look at this sir and tell me what you think"
I took the phone from him and I was surprised at what I saw. The art work was really amazing.
"You did this? " I asked
"Yes sir" the Young man replied confidently.
My friends, I forgot about the hunger, thirst and the fact that I was tired, I led him to the pavement and let me say that I kinda interview this talented fellow. Below are some of the things I learnt from Favourcreates.
HOW HE STARTED
*The simplistic art of contemporary drawing has always been concerned with marks.
Drawing has always been my passion, i am fond of drawing because it helps me forget about all my tensions and it fills me with exciting questions.
I have always loved art work's since I was a kid, most times using HB pencils. My best part of drawing at that time was the production of comic books.
CHALLENGES
Being an artist wasn't quiet easy, I had to go through alot of stress and challenges like;
*Combining my passion for art and my career course.*Trying to produce a hyperealistic drawing which was the major challenge I had but I also had a mentor and a great teacher (Paul Obokparo Ewubare #paulcreates)-(Did you read that, dear? Paulcreates is not only his mentor, but also his brother) who motivated me to keep going and I will be forever grateful for that.
CHARACTERISTICS OF MY ART WORK
*Art works and drawing have different charateristics like the 3D pencil drawing, the cross hatching etc. But i have always loved the hyperealistic portrait with the aid of graphite and charcoal pencils.
This guy really deserves an accolade. Thumbs up Favourcreates.
